There is like a thousand newbies though, it doesn't matter. Plus which what practically matters more then is there is a lot of serious talent that's getting into their 30s and is going to be competing a lot for those secondary roles soon. Numakura, Komatsu, Iguchi, Taneda, Kakuma, Ishigami, Ise, etc. turn 30 this year alone and some have already started taking mature roles. (Kakuma is going to go a long ways voicing mothers, for sure, and I really like Komatsu's "office sempai" roles)

Eh, I don't know the newbies will ever have long singing careers in the future.

Veterans are more marketable and fans remember Nakahara and other legends because of their name brand. There are 1000s others who have it but they won't cut it in the seiyuu market. Like I said I think veterans have the upper while newbies fight each other join their club with the vets. Only a couple will remain while the vets enjoy themselves without lifting a finger.

Up in the air is Yui (SAO), Nana (TLR), Sakura (Tenshi no 3p), and if any other light novel stuff she did will get a sequel.

Completely new roles are unknown at the moment. Of course, sometimes there are surprises. She was Kinko in Osomatsu and it wasn't known until the episode. There are games she is in, but mostly really obscure mobile games. Like she has this role as Eleanor in a game called 征戦エクスカリバー or Excalibur Expedition, but apparently there will be a future character using her voice in it too.

Right now, fellow Kanae Itou fans are hoping the best for her new mini-album and tour. She's also doing radio shows here and there for it.

Toda was in Sakura Trick with her and for was/is part of Igarashi ichizoku because of Famitsu. (with Marinka).
