Why exactly do people think that getting rid of Jurina/Sayanee now would help their groups? They are the most popular members by a substantial amount. Plus both of them have been dialing down their presence in their groups over the last two years and management has been pushing other members more. I think having them stay as a stabilizing presence on the side during this transition period is vital. Management's ideal progression is acchan -> jurina -> paruru -> sakura -> yuiyui. They never gave much of a shit past what they had to about any popular members besides them. They tried at first with jurina but when that didn't pan out they tried falling back onto "let's make acchan 2.0" even though they don't understand what acchan was or what made her popular and that's why things will never change or get better.

Honestly I think management has been thrown for a loop for a long time. They were clearly setting up Mayuyu/Jurina to be the next main center duo (Paruru/Sakura came after) after Acchan with Yuko as the transitional center (see Gingham Check/UZA - Kokoro Placard era) with Mayuyu centering all the cuter traditional idol songs and Jurina as center on all the cooler, more performance focused releases. but Sasshi's rise to become the one true queen of AKB threw a pretty big wrench in their plans. Not saying that management dislikes Sasshi, she's on good terms with them, is a huge asset in promoting 48G on her countless TV appearances and she is the wota's ideal idol. However performance wise she's always been a bit lacking in comparison.
