Do the Kohaku route and the Akiha route and call it an end. Arc route sucks.

I get WHY he killed them, I just don't get how ONE part demon could kill a whole clan of demon hunters, particularly since Makihisa was in the end just a business dood (heh, Disgaea).

Everyone said that I should do them in Arc, Ciel, Akiha, Hisui, and Kohaku for order, but by then I'd already came near the end of Ciel and was dead set on a Far Side route. Why does Arc suck. (I have to do it anyway, I want to see that special epilogue.)

Some of them are. Some of them are pretty normal. Shiki's father Kiri becomes excited from killing, but doesn't enjoy it like his brother, and isn't afraid of demons like his sister. Which makes him the perfect killing machine, thus he was appointed head of the Nanayas.

Some other Nasu logic I never understood. Kishima is basically invulnerable, and his armor is powered by his Demon blood, so how does Kiri manage to stick his blunt metal dagger into Kishima's neck? You would need a conceptual weapon to actually harm him right? All Kiri had going for him was insane strength and speed, his mystic eyes were special either.

Way it was described, and the way I imagined it was that if you stayed in front of Kishima you died. His power in KT wasn't like what it was in MB from what I remember. He just blew things apart with his fists, and he was slow enough that Kiri just danced around him for a good portion of the fight. (Slow enough for KIRI to do that, that does not mean Kishima was slow.) If he went for the eye he would have been blown in half as he took it.

What's so bad about Ciel's route? I liked it.

The only reason the Nanaya family was finally targeted was because Kiri retired and everyone thought they had gone soft. Because they were so feared, nobody sought to attack them, but that ended with Kiri retiring. Makihisa sent his personal army against the Nanaya, backed up by Kishima Kouma.

Kiri killed most of Makihisa's army, but couldn't beat Kouma. Had Kiri still been in the same form he had been before retiring, he would've killed Kouma. Had he put in just a little more force, Kouma would've been impaled in the throat by Kiri's baton. Even Kouma realized that, much to his surprise.
