Yeah, the game is kind of confusing and hard. Even on the lowest difficulty I get trashed by the pc.

Here's what I found out so far.

You have three buttons + direction keys.

Shoot (Z)- Destroys the enemy (the balls with the insect) you aimed at.
Shield (X) - Not sure. I think it blocks the opponent from shooting at your side to destroy combos.
Command (C) - For special moves.

At the top of the screen seems to be a 'dominance' bar. The further it is on one players side, the more enemies the game flings at them.

Gauge at top left is for special moves.

If you have at least 1 under Gauge, you can press Shoot + Command (Z+C) to destroy all enemies that are at least in groups of 4 of their kind. (This uses 1 Gauge).

Below the Gauge you have State (Not sure, I think it's your health) and Method. Method it a list of your special abilities. To use a special ability, you need to have at least the necessary Gauge and then press the indicated directions, followed by the Command button. Works the same way as inputs in fighting games.

The final special ability, which costs 7 Gauge, can only be used on a third round. It clears your side and summons a rythm game. I'm not sure what you can do with it, other than building a combo.

If you are on the right border of your half of the field and press right once more, you can shoot at the opponent's half to destroys his chains.

They're a joke of a company who've made a name for themselves "translating" and releasing VN that have already been fan-translated for years, some of them both already translated AND freely available (i.e., Narcissu). Numerous times now they've done some shady shit through Kickstarter (as if you needed to crowdfund your "translation" of an already translated game to begin with). Their target demographic are primarily ignorant con-goers who got into this shit via Steam. While I like that they have their Denpasoft imprint for R18 stuff, the fact that they prioritize all-ages versions of eroge to push on Steam before MAYBE releasing an H-scene patch later is backwards and rubs me the wrong way. It reeks of trying to appeal the genre to Steam casuals. The people who have been playing these aren't Steam casuals. I don't know about everyone else, but I want nice limited edition physical sets, not the all-ages digital cut of a 10 year old game with a "polished" fan-translation. I really don't know how. But I somehow kind of forgot that Sky Arena was even a thing though now I remember all of it.
But for a moment I had fooled myself into thinking that there was just MBA, with the addition of Reimu and Marisa as additional characters for whatever the reason.
I played Sky Arena far more than the original MBA though so I am not really sure how I got that wrong.

You might have played Grief Syndrome, but that's a pretty cute action game by Tasogare Frontier based on Maoka.

Yurikago no Sora is an extremely cute action rpg(?) game about animal girls. The Japanese seems easy and you could get by just looking up stuff as long as you have that basic reading ability, but it is a text heavy game.

Habanero-tan house is pretty old, but it's a more or less cute girls doing cute things based on the Habanero-tan comics.

I can't really think of anything with cutesy decent quality 3D that isn't a erogame. I also can't think of any more that have more than one female that are fairly visible either.

Looks like they added a gatling gun that both deals equal or more damage per shot than the mauser and fires faster.

Next, they seem to have fixed the invincible Tigers problem. Overall pretty okay. I still think the game has tons of potential, I hope the devs unlock it sooner rather than later.
