It's in the CiLR novel Mokou befriended a soldier named Iwakasa when trying to steal the Hourai Elixir from him whilst he was disposing of it. He genuinely cared about Mokou's sanity and tried to talk sense into her.

Her temptations got the better of her though and chose to betray and murder him in cold blood for it. Her spellcard 'Honest Man's Death' is a reference to it and by Mokou's own dialogue that is the one murder she still regrets and thinks about.

Also after she became immortal she admits there was a period of 300 years where she went full edgelord and indiscriminately murdered everyone/thing she met just to kill time.

Eirin's act of murder was basically just a few moon rabbits who are considered expendable slaves by the Lunarians.

Soga no Umako is Tojiko's father and most of what we know about her character seems to be based on him in some way, making it a case of "Like father, like daughter".
He wasn't hesitant at all to have whoever the current emperor was killed if he had any dissatisfaction.
Miko's kind-of-predecessor, Emperor Sushun, was jealous of Umako's power, and he once saw a boar and said "I want to kill Soga no Umako like this wild boar", Umako responded by having him assassinated.
The founder of the Fujiwara clan (The ones who overthrew Umako) later died by being struck by lightning, some believe this was the wrath of Umako's spirit.

So yeah, if Tojiko is anything like her father, she is less likely to be the kind of person who gets sad about the bad things that happen to her and more likely to just be extremelly pissed.
