She likes christie agathas books and behaves and speaks a little oddly, but she appears capable of having a relatively normal conversation with Aya/Marisa/Reimu just fine.

She's probably only dangerous as long as you don't try to make her upset or do any kind of magical/physical activity with her.
That said on the off chance you're demanded a danmaku match you're probably screwed if she can't accept that you don't have magical powers, though I don't think most of the characters have been portrayed as that unreasonable.
