I'd say Yuuka is definitely stronger because she hardly boasts (these days, mostly she just does nothing) and went toe to toe with a greater power (Eiki, though of course it's difficult to tell how that actually turned out). Meanwhile Yukari gets slapped down by mooncunts, seems roughly equal to an oni (duels with Suika, admittedly very strong), and ACTUALLY makes most of her reputation not off of her strength, but off of her image (as an inherently scary youkai). She's also better known for manipulation and planning rather than power.

It seems to me like, since Yukari is essential to the barrier, many people assume that must mean she is THE top dog. I've never thought that way. Reimu is also essential to the barrier, although she's less skilled, but you wouldn't think of her as "the strongest" (arguably the most bullshit, however, hence the spell card rules). Anyway, I admire Yukari not for her strength but for her elaborate schemes and very strange (theoretical bordering on canon) backstory with Merry.

Not exactly true, from what we see in PoFV, but it's fair speculation on Akyuu's part.

In PoFV she attacks most people because they thought she started the "incident" (of course it wasn't an incident), but attacks some others because "lol why not?" She deliberately "teases" Cirno, for example. And, it's probably safer for regular humans to leave her alone rather than mess with her. She's really rather dangerous.

Anyway, she does seem genuinely hyped at the possibility of taking down Eiki.

They probably get along. Yuuka obviously wasn't among the barbaric youkai that Yukari riled up and disposed of in the moon invasion.

Why do you operate under the assumption that anyone meeting Yuuka would instantly proceed to harrass and/or disturb them? Whatever happened to common decency? The villagers asked about Yuuka in PMiSS agree that she is very polite, if odd.

The nature of gensokyo as a supernatural reserve means that in the vast majority of cases, if someone tries to stir shit up there's someone else that can stop it. Whoever is deemed a threat to the whole of Gensokyo has a lot of trouble coming their way, likely.

It's probably better to be cunning and well-connected rather than outright strong in this land. IIRC, CiLR had Yukari using her border powers relatively minimally, and mostly just sticking to pushing people to do things.

The only thing I got from your message is that you should take banter from 2hus seriously, which would mean Remillia is the strongest character in Touhou because she said so.
Like I said before, explain to me why "because she beat everyone in her route" only applies for Tenshi and none of the other characters. And character banter is believe it or not a valid argument.

The thing with that game is that Tenshi deliberately starts shit to have fights. She can win fights, because she's overwhelmingly superior to all those below her, but she's bored so she "entertains" the characters for all of their routes.

In her route, the final route chronologically, she stops pretending and beats everyone, just to let the record show who's actually superior.

This was really obvious and the only reason I can imagine you ignored it is you're some powerlevel fag who gets upset when people point out some of the firm truths, like Hecatia is strongest, or Eiki is absolute, or the Lunarians are broken as Hell.
