Hopeless Masquerade and Urban Legend in Limbo are the worst games (and well, the worst games at that) in all of Touhou Project.

Hisouten/Soku are painfully mediocre and Suimusou is only barely just good.
And even then they're all pretty terrible fighting games.

Even ZUN's weakest releases are superior to anything Tasofro made.

Unironically, though, he's right that 13.5 and on are not that good, in my opinion, and I'm a seasoned 2hu fighter player. 10.5 and 12.3 are acceptable, as is 7.5, but I REALLY just don't like the newer ones that much. They're simply not as good multiplayer games.

Soku is faster in general, IaMP is ridiculously slow typically until someone ends up getting a good hitconfirm or gets a checkmate position and then destroys you in seconds. Soku just has a lot less damage and it's easier to escape pressure typically.

I've completed IaMP with all 10 characters but cant for the life of me figure out all the moves of a character in Soku and SWR or how the game works. And I dont want to look something online everytime I want to remember a move.
IaMP had such a nice system and displayed all the moves when you paused.

Same deal but your regular hits don't lower spirit, only your projectiles and you can only chain a few of those in one combo.

So in order to overcome the most basic of defences you need to be able to use 5 or 6 heavy projectiles in a single combo without making yourself vulnerable to counters and also keeping in mind that you're using your own spirit to make those attacks.

Your other options are using a smash attack which every character doesn't have, using an unblockable move like a grab which again only certain characters have or using an item like the fan.

If the game gave a standardised grab to every character it would have very few flaws, but overlooking that one feature makes the game virtually unplayable at any real level.
