Proof number 5: Yukari is depicted as being lazy, and she has an inferior status to a god, which can be symptoms of her lack of Faith and Reimu inexperience as a Shrine Maiden.

I used to think Flan lost her original wings and replaced them with Christmas tree lights, but now recently I'm realizing that's fucking stupid because vampires regenerate damage done to their bodies and even then vampires with wings in humanoid form itself is absurd so it's best just not to think about Remi or Flan's wings.

I don't. Theories that are about the characters actually being dead, or a ripoff of St. Elsewhere's ending are pretty lazy. I skimmed through that one and it has absolutely no basis on the games, it's like if I said Gensokyo appeared from a dimensional rift caused by the Hiroshima bombs. Sounds interesting, but it makes no fucking sense if you care at all about the game's story.

Gensokyo is an overall evil in the world.

The Yama explains that Gensokyo revolves around the three lights, the four seasons, and the five elements, something that the Gensokyo's years rely on, not unlike the Chinese zodiac. For example, a year might be denoted with a Star, Spring, and Wood, simultaneously.
So once Gensokyo has had every year type, it starts over and something significant happens, flowers bloom, and is the incident of question in PoFV. It is revealed that a significant loss of life causes ghosts to wander into Gensokyo and take the form of flowers blooming.
Why is Gensokyo's time and significant loss of outside world life connected?
Is Gensokyo inherently causing catastrophes? Did Gensokyo do WW2?
