Zara Kai 2 is a normal CA and Zara Kai 2A is an Armored Cruiser rather than being classified as a CA. Or he could just forgo that, give her just one remodel, and outright make her an Armored Cruiser.

Zara class armor scheme was the best of the world until the Des Moines class rolled out of the dock which is impressive taking into account they were just treaty cruisers.
