Back in 2013/2014 I ended up just trying to stick PC98 characters as close as possible to their Windows counterparts. It wasn't until 2015 that I just decided to stick them all at the bottom for the sake of making sorting easier, and it took until 2016 before the feature to remove redundant characters was finally added faggot.
