2. Numerous interactions between Remilia and Patchy, like endings of PCB, IN, eating dinner together in three fairies manga, sitting next to Remi in HM background art.
3. Remilia canonically refers to her as 'Patche', and Patchouli refers to Remilia as 'Remi'. Do you really think that they would use such cute nicknames to refer to each other if they weren't close friends? Heck, given Remi's penchant for playing the role of aristocratic vampire, the fact that she lets anyone refer to her by such a nickname should be ample proof that the two are very close.
