I've been a fan since 2005 or 2006 and I can very well do that. If you can't, it's your own personal problem.

And I don't even mean in the porn sense. Passage of time is a natural thing in fictional settings, and even with a long-lived cast such as Touhou's it's inevitable that some human (piss off, monster fuckers) characters would get hitched and work on having descendants. Renko being Sumireko's descendant just makes the setting more interesting and interconnected. If you can't get over that, you should rethink your love for a universe that spans more than one generation.
