Well I don't know 100% either, but yeah, sometimes studios have exclusive deals. Those seem to be quite common in Prestige, I don't remember their big names (Airi, Shunka...) to release anything under other studios.

I think one anon explained it that contracts are made by quantity of videos. E.g. you sign on for 10 movies in a period of 5 months, but aren't told what exactly those movies will be, only have some general guidelines on what you will/won't do. I've used it for a while and it's quite nice in pretty much all regards except connectivity. One of the issues is that it can't handle multiple trackers for shit. That means as soon as it finds a working tracker, it sticks to that and only that and you have to go into the tracker list and shuffle everything around. Even then, it can take forever to connect to a working seed.

I also have utorrent 2.2.1 for some picky private trackers, although that's not an issue anymore and now I just have it because I'm too lazy to sort through everything.

I've started using Tixati as my main client. It bugs me that there's absolutely no shortcuts (not even CTRL+O or Delete) but it's got a pretty customisable interface and pretty much any feature you could want.
