I want my own kitchen, but the laundry hall in my dorm is fine and I only need one room and a bathroom.

No one ever comes to visit, but having my own kitchen would be pretty sweet since I wouldn't have to go to the shared kitchen to get some food done.

It's going to cost me ~$40 more each month in rent for a kitchen, a total of ~$400. 18m² total.
