So I bought an Ayame Store mask because I wanted to get into kig, but it's just slightly too small. I can put it on and off, but it presses against my chin and the bridge of my nose. Unless you're resourceful enough to disassemble it and reassemble them onto a kig mask while keeping the brain scan part at the exact position (probably by separating both parts into two 'headscarves'), then it won't work.

The brain scanner thingy needs to be as close as possible to your forehead, or even touching it, for the ears to work if I understand it correctly.

Not the guy you're responding to, but I'm a mechanical engineer with experience in electrical engineering as well. If I had the money and materials I'd love to try taking apart some of those ears and installing them into a kig mask. As long as all the proper connections are maintained, it honestly wouldn't be as hard as you might think.

That was my exact plan, I was going to disassemble it and get rid of the headset part entirely. The motors on the ears are compact enough where i could glue them with their casing to the outside of the shell and they wouldn't be noticeable under the wig and the ears themselves. The wires would run through a small hole to the battery pack attached to the inside. Now as far as the brain scanner, it works by using two electrodes, the one on the forehead and a clip that goes on the earlobe so it doesn't need to be in the exact same position. The ear one won't be a problem and the forehead one is on a flexible stem that I could attach to the mask and bend it to make contact.

So dudes obviously haven't got as slim of a waist as a girl thus you should use tricks I guess to remedy this solution - namely the corset.
Is it possible then to put a corset above ( or below I guess ) the hadatai and then dress up with the costume?
If yes then I guess even the size of the clothes must differ from your original size and you must give the one with the corset.

Works no matter where you put it; generally I wear it under hadatai and a couple layers of shapewear (to smooth it out).

Also I was recently advised to use an overbust and by god it works a lot better and is a lot less painful, seeing as the compression effect is distributed over a wider area and gives a more natural curve rather than making one look like a tube of toothpaste that someone started squeezing from the middle.
