It's out of context just by itself anyway, Marisa is using the quote Alice gave her earlier in a "what the hell" way because they need to quickly solve the incident and explaining things to Reimu (and convincing her) would take too long.

You only need to read a few chapters of any of the official manga to see that Marisa isn't rude in any way, shape or form.

But if retards and secondaries want to take that as headcanon so be it.
