News:
-Summer event ends on 9/2, 1100JST.
-The event consists of seven maps in total; four main event ones and three EO ones.
-Seven new ships added - Kawakaze, Hayasui, Mizuho, Umikaze, Libeccio, Kazagumo and Teruzuki.
-New plane experience system implemented.
-Shoukaku and Zuikaku will get kai 2 after the event.
-Killing minibosses at X,Y nodes in E-7 reduces the main boss's armor. Debuff resets at 2400JST.
-Cranes requires a special catapult item (blueprint style) to modernize into Kai Ni. Catapult is obtained by clearing E-6 on medium/hard.

Piss easy? I'd agree if you meant spring 2015, but summer? Don't be an arrogant faggot, you know full well E3, E4, E6 and E7 are hardly a calke walk.

What I meant by "it is IBS all over again" was merely about the RNG shitfest with E4 and henderson being there, nothing more.

IBS was traumatic, but it is about time to stop considering this event as the worst of all. Midway E6 and SN E7 are way worse.

Fuck no. This event's E7 is the worst fucking map since Ironbottom, regen gauge included.

For all other events you could at the very least consistently hit the boss, unlike current Antizuki, who's a fucking DD facing a combined fleet with lowered accuracy that had to go through at least 3 nodes full of Black Wos.

I need your opinion. I just beat E-5 (easy) and my resources are pic related. I wouldn't try E-6 and E-7 on medium+ and I don't particularly care about Shoukaku/Zuikaku k2. I do kinda care about Teruzuki but I heard from a friend (playing on easy and being HQ lvl 100) that she needed 30+ runs to even make it to the boss once and I'm 100% sure I won't be able to obtain Teruzuki that way. So I'm wondering if I should give it a try or should farm for other rare ships on the other maps.
The best drop that I didn't already have was Agano and I'd really like Amatsukaze and Roma....
