I got them both to Kai Ni in the same sortie. I didn't even need to set that up or anything it just happened.

I got Jun'You to 80 without power leveling her a single level. Every single exp point since level 1 was just passive 3-2A/4-3 or event sorties. Ryuujou is pretty close to Kai Ni too from same thing.

Don't yasen except for the boss node if you're just trying to clear a map.

Each time you yasen, it eats up more of your fuel and ammo which can decrease your effectiveness at later nodes. It also increases the risk of getting your ships damaged before you get to the boss, forcing you to retreat.

I went with Tone + Fusou personally. Character-wise it's Tone > Fusou = Chikuma > Yamashiro.

Priority stats-wise is:
1. Fusou (higher attack)
2. Yamashiro (lower attack)
3. Unryuu (SCAMP and Reppuu 601 quests)
4. Tone (higher durability)
5. Chikuma (lower durability)
6. Bismarck (BB with torps, but needs 2 blueprints to get)
7. Roma (higher attack)
8. Italia (lower attack)
9. Choukai (best CA with decent stock equipment but not really worth a blueprint)
10. Amagi (better stock equipment)
11. Katsuragi (worse stock equipment)
12. Ryuuhou (Uh... best ASW bomber?)

If you like any girl more than another and she's not too low in the priority list, by all means blueprint her first. However, don't blueprint for Ryuuhou or something when you haven't even blueprinted for Fusou- or Tone-class.
