Bare white walls, hard plaster over cinderblock, white ceiling, green carpet, and a flimsy wooden door enclose the small space.

Shoved in the corner, foot near the door, there's a small bed which takes up a little less than a third of the room - the top half of a bunk bed, re-purposed. Black comforter on top. Underneath the long side of my bed are my laundry basket, and some weights. The floor under the foot of the bed, next to the door, houses slippers and a pair of worn shoes. Hanging on the bedpost are a pair of empty book bags.

A tall, thin row of shelving maybe a foot across, takes up the space between the foot of the bed and the door. It holds an empty glass, keys, wallet, deodorant, and medication - the things needed to make a person functional in society.

Next to the bed, nestled between it and the desk, there's a nightstand which holds change, a few empty notebooks, a cell phone, and a book, "The Education of Henry Adams". In the corner farthest from the door is single layer of shelving re-purposed into a low table, and a column of those cheap plastic drawers, holding school and office supplies.

Between the storage containers and the nightstand is a plywood computer desk with worn black paint, water damage, and just enough space to spread a out a few sheets of paper. It acts as a decent desk and food platform, in addition to holding a quietly running, compact computer tower. There's also a pair of large speakers, on top of which are a pencil jar, and a dark-shaded lamp. This desk faces the same wall the headboard of the bed is against, positioned so one could turn their head to see out a window.

The paint-chipped, rusted window frames are tall, and set deeply into the wall, providing a long empty shelf between the open windows and a crudely painted radiator. The windows, and storm windows, are themselves as open as possible - about a quarter of the way - letting in the smell and sound of gentle rain and thunder, and dim light from a cloudy sky.

>> No.13498977

>>13498916

Hanging on an unutilized rack intended for drapes, by way of a pair of clothes hangers, are a bath towel and wash cloth. Beneath the windows is a white, unplugged oscillating fan.

The wall opposite the desk holds a short dresser, also black, on top of which are some folded clothes, a tiny laptop, charging. On the rear of the dresser, leaning against the wall, is a black-framed white board nearly the same dimensions as the dresser's top. On it are stubborn, colorful smudges of partially erased strokes of marker.

Next to the dresser are a pair of bookshelves, one on top of the other, packed with textbooks and reference materials. On the floor underneath the bookshelf are stacks of legal pads, binder paper, notebooks, file folders, and binders. On top of the bookshelves is a stack of folders, an empty plastic bottle, a cardboard tube, and a digital clock.

In the adjacent corner is a lonely umbrella, between wooden doors, one on each wall, awkwardly positioned so that only one can be open at a time. The one next to the bookshelf has a plastic bag on the handle, filled with trash. Behind it is a small closet. The other door leads to the rest of the apartment, and the outside world. Both doors are closed.

The entire room gives a sense of being packed away, neatly organized, and is devoid of any items of sentimental value or personal importance. Pale natural light and cool air filters in through the windows, and the lamp baths the top and bottom halves of a wall in warm yellow, the lamp shade casting a conical silhouette.

Sage for autistic blogshit.

Mine's a mess. I was so lazy there were trash bags just strewn around that I never bothered to take downstairs until later.

But it's not like I spend any time in there now, it's too cold during the winter. I've migrated to the living room. The couch is surprisingly comfier than my bed.

639 words 3545 characters. It's more relaxing to write than it is to take a picture, and a picture from inside a room doesn't really capture the layout and use of space. Really, I'd prefer a graphic, but I don't feel like making an isometric drawing in paint.

My room is in a permanent state of (not) moving around.
Boxes, boxes everywhere.

I have boxes at the head of my bed. I sleep down from it a bit.
Sleeping on a sex doll (filled with old clothes) being used as a 2nd pillow. Dressed in adult baby clothing. Dressed in a latex raincoat.
Covered in a hoody to hide it from the casual person that might come in to room.
All other stuff just got put in to a box (PS3 box actually), managed to fit 3 boxes in there with space at the side to stuff crap in. Sex stuff organized.
Now on to technology. Have a PC sitting waiting to be built.

Pls send help. I need a demon that can open portals to other worlds.
Why aren't you living in a van /jp/?
I would like to live in a van home. Just to travel.
You can even neetvan.

Coldest it gets here is about -5C at worst times.
Hasn't been that cold in a while though. Muh global climate change has shifted everything.

Weather varies wildly here, which is why I love it.
It has all the extreme normals, but none of the extremes edges.
Crazy rain, crazy heat, wind, occasional thunderstorms, snow, hail, fog, but no floods, desert-tier heat or tornadoes.
Like a well-seasoned soup with many flavours but nothing too strong.

One thing I would love to live in is a truck.
All that space to build in.
The only major downside is it is incredibly harder to navigate and park it.
Time to go hybrid, truck-home with space to park vanr-home inside it. Park truck somewhere nice and secure, travel around whatever town I am in for a period, can chill out in it rather than having to travel back all the time.
One day. One day I will become Knightrider.

And that probably is L-Theanine in the bottle closest to the edge. I recognize the brand "NOW", it is for stress relief among other things.
