The Bible says nothing about pedophilia. Which makes, considering sex with little girls (around the age of puberty) was the standard back then. Sex with pre-pubscent children was apparently not problematic enough back then to make rules against it.

As for homosexuality, only the act of gay sex itself is forbidden in the Bible. (Furthermore, it's among the regulations for uncleanness (which are mostly ignored by Christians, apparently due to some part of the New Testament telling us to ignore some of that stuff - I'm reading the entire Bible but haven't reached that part yet) and the rule seems to have been instantiated to ban pagan sex rituals - so I'm on the fence on how serious to take that, will really need to read the relevant New Testament parts for this.)
