Although I consider Sakuya to be amoral, Remilia may still be hanging to her humanity. She claims that she eats very little, and thus never drains a human from their blood enough to kill them.

Remilia, a vampire which has a diet consisting mostly of blood and cake, blood contains many elements that can't go through the urinary tract and no fiber, cake also lacks fiber. Remilia most likely has very thin waterish poops similar to diarrhea. Waterish diarrhea however is also one of the easiest poops to clean after. There's also a chance that Sakuya helps wipe Remilia however even Remilia would have too much pride for that, but considering the fact that Sakuya can freeze time, Sakuya might just wipe and shave Remilia's anus for the hell of it.

This could possibly result in a situation where she splits into four and stands around in a circle where each Flandre wipes another Flandre's butt, even shave possibly. I suppose the old line was a mistranslation - in the past ナイフは血の通わない金属ですから had been translated as "the only thing I touch humans with would be my cold steel", which was pretty clear-cut confession that she *is* a killer. However, right now there's that line about her comparing herself to a knife with no human blood in it instead of the old line, making the matter ambiguous again. Sadly, I cannot claim authority over which translation is correct, but I assume someone changed the old one because he or she felt it was wrong.

However, there's still matter of Remilia being outright stated to be drinking human blood tea (http://en.touhouwiki.net/wiki/Embodiment_of_Scarlet_Devil/Music#Stage_3_theme)), Flandre being outright stated to be eating food made from humans (http://en.touhouwiki.net/wiki/Flandre_Scarlet#Official_Profiles)), Sakuya herself stating that she usually works on steaks dripping with blood in WaHH ch11, her ubiquitous serial killer imagery in her spell cards and of course her serving under a damn vampire. I'd say the odds of her NOT being involved in preparing human dishes for Scarlets are nil, so I'm sure as hell keeping my distance from her. And I advise you to find a friendlier human to escort you as well.

Remilia mentions that Sakuya can't really be "considered" human anymore because she blends in so well with the SDM crew and whatnot. You could probably say something similar about Reimu and Marisa because of how much they stand out from "ordinary" humans but they're still 100% human despite that.

As far as faith goes, Reimu is essentialy Chief Youkai Hunter, and that's pretty much exactly the opposite of what a youkai is. That and she's pretty much a conduit for the gods of Gensokyo (you know, like how actual clergymen are supposed to be IRL) so worshipping her as a goddess standalone wouldn't really make sense.

Magic is more or less Gensokyo Science and requires you to do specific things to not be human anymore, and even then you're still SORT OF a human being.

In regards to whether or not Sakuya could qualify as having lost her humanity, well, try rereading this thread.

OK, you said that celestials are immortal, right? I just wanted to correct that - celestials are NOT immortal, they NEED to beat up the shinigamis that come to collect them in order to live longer. To you maybe. To me, Sakuya and Rinnosuke have been in the same room together and were cordial to each other. By that standard you could ship basically any two people in gensokyo together. Sakuya wasn't even in his shop for him, it was for Remilia.

I like Yuugi X Parsee because of the waif/amazon contrast that goes on. But I've had people try to rip my head off because of it.

They have good similarities, and it's not just their looks either. They're smart people, so I think a nice relationship would definitely be possible for them.
