Oh OK, DVD = Practically free. Blu-ray 2.0 Stand-alone players $500 when they release (but I suggest a PS3 instead), Blu-ray burners start from $150 (2x iirc), single-layer media $10-15 per disc (but can be found a little cheaper in places), dual-layer media $45-50.

Starting later has its advantages, like not being locked into mpeg2 for OTA broadcasts, or rolling out standard and mobile services at the same time. I don't think we even have a mobile DTV broadcast standard in the US yet.

That is because the people who decided on ATSC as the new standard in america are retards. ATSC is not technologically capable of broadcasting HDTV to a moving target. ISDB-T and DVB doesn't have this limitation.

Not really, they just put light make up under her eyes, boof her hair up and make her keep her head permanently at an angle. She also has an extremely deep crease in her tongue, sometimes resembling a stud hole with the right light/angles.
