2ch's top 300 video game tracks of all times is out
http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm4603463

3 Touhou songs actually made it into the rankings, and surprisingly Sepette of the Dead Princess took #20. No signs of U.N. Owen. Touhou was probably the only doujin game in the rankings and managed to pass songs from Final Fantasy, Mario, Chrono Trigger, Castlevania, Megaman and other titled games. Not sure what to make of this, but the Japanese seen rather surprised judging from some of the comments.

Good music is anything that qualifies as art.

To qualify as art, something only needs to convey an emotion to the person on the receiving end.

The Rite of Spring by Stravinsky, one of the greatest pieces of music ever, is certainly not enjoyable. Guernica, Picasso's most famous and important painting, is not an enjoyable piece of work to look at. I

You do not need to enjoy something for it to be good.

FF4 - Red Wings, Theme of Love, the Prologue Theme (especially from the DS version's intro...not sure if it was in the PSX version as well), the battle themes (again), especially Dreadful Fight and the Zeromus battle, etc.
