The Japanese are experts at image manipulation.
PoFV isn't a good game so I wouldn't be excited over a new version. There's very little interaction with the opponent and things to directly manipulate.

1cc'd my first Touhou in hard but i don't feel satisfied. My score is poor and i barely made it.

Currently im trying a 1cc in EoSD hard of course but i don't feel good, sometimes i lose against Patchouli.

Should i take a break or keep trying?

Keep trying of course, that's how you beat it. It might seem hopeless at first, but don't treat losing as a failure. Keep testing the limits of your abilities, it's how you get better.
