you know when you're doing laundry and there is almost always a sock missing, that sock is ending up in Gensokyo. So to get there is just to sit and wait for the portal to open and then quickly go in to it so you get to Gensokyo and from there it's just go down to satori place :)

She is more OP than Yukari or Reimu. She's blown up the moon and can turn mountains into dust. She also seems to have some capability to control thoughts and can spread herself so thin she can see everything going on in gensokyo at once.

Also I would argue Suika and Yuugi are very friendly towards humans, they are seen drinking in the human village in the latest fighting game.

They all seem kind of randomly assigned. Why is Alice's friendship "very high" when she's an autist who never leaves the forest? Why are Satori and Yamame who almost never leave the underground more dangerous than free-wandering man-eating youkai like Rumia? Why is Yukari "unknown" when it's pretty clear she could wreck just about anyone's shit; only because she is a schemer with murky intentions?
