Some casting I disagree with.

Tom Cruise is a fucking fit for Reimu because he's known for playing natural uncaring genius/asshole like Reimu, while Brad Pitt usually plays larger than life character who likes joking around and shit, which is why he fits Marisa. Sanae isn't like that at all, but Sane isn't supposed to be in the first place since she exists post-PoFV. And I just don't think Jeremy Renner is charismatic enough to like a play a genuine dumb person like Cirno.

OP here, here's the outline of plot I scrounge up for the movie:

It's another day at the Hakurei Shrine except flowers are everywhere, the black white magician goes meet the white red shrine maiden asking her to resolve the incidents. Reimu doesn't see the need to, because it's just flowers, who gives a shit, but Marisa says the flowers are erupting even in the forest of magic, which makes it hard for her to find mushroom. As usual, Reimu doesn't care for Marisa' plea, but Yukari shows up and personally asks Reimu to solve this incident. Reimu then Marisa promptly beats Yukari up (but it's shown she intentionally loses). Being a bad investigator, Reimu knows only one way to find the truth, she goes to each household who has started an incident in the past and beat the shit out of them. The order is like this SDM -> Alice's house -> Netherworld -> Eientei -> Flower field.

After finding that none of them are the culprit, Reimu just decides to follow the flower trail that leads to Muenzuka. There she meets a wandering figure who called herself the Judge of Paradise. She proceeds to beat her up but finds that the Judge is more than she could handle. Reimu deducts that she is the mastermind behind this flower incident, but the Judge denies it and reveals the true nature of this incident it is a phase of the world, this is the middle of the end of the current phase and the beginning of the next phase, souls are gathering in form of flower every 60 years and in this, people's sins are been judged in this short time so they can proceed to the next phase. Reimu still doesn't understand, but her intuition tells her that there's nothing she can do.

Somewhere in Muenzuka, a sleeping Komachi wakes up. The end.

Post credit scenes has the whole cast having a tea party.
