Any third party program should be able to handle it, the only reason they restrict <1GB files is because of browser restrictions. The extension gives them direct write access to your HDD instead of HTML5 storage, so there's not limits.

That would depend on what you're looking for. I've been to some places before and they were stocking books from the larger/profitable circles that debuted at Comiket or similar events. As to how they got them, I've no clue. Either the stores have buyers, the circles supply the stores directly, or it was all 2nd-hand.

That was in Akiba though, so I dunno what the situation would be like further out from Comiket proper. My gut says you'll probably find some stuff, but I wouldn't count on getting anything specific, especially if the circle is small or unknown.

I have hard time ranking King Crimson albums, since up to Disclipline they are all very unique and different (apart from the first two albums), they are one of the few prog groups whose output was actually progressed. They are all extremely enjoyable, and even the hard ones like Starless and Bible Black, Larks' Tongues In Aspic and Disclipline will open up after a few tries!

I wouldn't categorize King Crimson into that since they are way too varied. Disclipline is closer to world music and Islands is basically easy going jazz. Some more modern albums are closer to post-punk than what people think as prog. Classic prog is somewhere between ELP and Yes, and once you've heard the biggest albums you've heard them all, really.

I can't explain my love for the group and particularly this guy either, at least not rationally. It's just something that has stuck with me since I first heard them several years back, and maybe the fact that his Phantom Dreamer CD was one of the first doujin albums I had on my mediaplayer on loop for a longer time has fault at this.

Not that I can complain, honestly, since they keep improving and have not stopped doing albums yet, which greatly pleases me.
