I know in advance that the staff might not be very fond of /jp/ and this subject, but this is a legitimate request for the sake of civil discussion.

For a while now, there's been a problem on AKB48 threads about a single user (a.k.a. Jurina spammer) who truly floods every thread with formulaic non sequitur posts that insidiously advertise the girl of his preference, while otherwise just twisting everyone else's posts if not openly insulting them. He could, of course, be considered a casual troll and ignored; but the ammount of his posting has come to overtake about half of the threads' length or more, compromising the image/bump limit we could otherwise handle better. This user does not listen to any attempt of reasoning and we have come to a consensus about not wanting him around anymore.

We have repeatedly reported him for spam and global rule breaking, getting in return nothing but unwarranted bans and warnings for misreporting. What I ask from you now is to please review this subject with /jp/'s moderator and/or janitors, in order to take the reports we make during AKB48 threads seriously and help us getting a better user experience.

I hope Based Sasshi wins. I got both a photo of her and Mayuyu in my CDs this year, thought it was kind of funny. Mayuyu is a nice girl, but I feel as if her appeal isn't wide enough to be the center of AKB. Management is pushing her as such, but I believe it'll end up being a bad thing for AKB in the end. I'm not really a Yukirin fan, but she seems like she would fit more at the center than either of them. Little chance of that happening, unfortunately.
