I'm a bit confused. Everything I read about Bohemian Archive in Japanese Red implies that there's tons of in-universe articles written by Aya. Although the only stuff I can find online is translated or of the comic sections? What's the deal with the other stuff? Does it exist? What does it look like?

that has the translated text and the illustrations. there's nothing that shows what the original japanese version looked like. It's probably got this amazing Gensokyo Newspaper look going on that would be quite delish

yes thank you!! It would be neat to see the japanese version too because I bet the calligraphy style is all stylized. I help run some touhou events and it would be so neat to have printed knock-off copies of the Bunbunmaru laying around for people to pick up and get a laugh at :3 even if I had to pay for it!
