Why do people seem to actually forget that originally got started just as the anti-piracy antifeaturette in valve's own games? And that's the only reason people started to use it?

And yes, you can manually import anything you want I think into the steam software, just can't buy it on the steam store if it's something they publish at comiket or whatever convention center event. I doubt valve would license volunteer translations of stuff that originally came out alongside a buncha porn games.
