Okay OP, the yandere archetype is appealing because it's a female character. There's no point in having a male yandere, he's just a controlling and abusive asshole. Maybe you could do a story like the one you described except replace the yandere MC guy with a lesbian yandere girl who lusts after the slutty main heroine girl. The MC could be one of the slutty girl's male friends. The slutty girl would be bisexual and also enjoy lesbian sex, but the yandere girl would want her all to herself. The MC would have sex with the main girl but also observe her interactions with the yandere girl from the sidelines, possibly getting involved in a three-way if he's lucky, but also having to watch out for his safety from yandere girl.

If you want to keep the slutty main heroine and MC who doesn't want her to be a slut thing going, you could also just make it an NTR story. MC gets with main heroine, believing she's a virgin and that he is her first, that they'll be pure lovers forever and whatnot. Maybe MC is an otaku who hates sluts or something. After he's gotten pretty attached to the main girl, he starts to realize that she's playing around on the side... standard NTR antics ensue.
