Actually, Maria did it with magic. Not everyone realized it, but it's true.

Also, Battler is furniture of Maria. He was made by Ange and used by Maria in the same way that Beatrice used Maria's bunnies. They are always together until the end, except Ep3 when Maria dies. Then he holes up in a room and doesn't come out until it's time to get shot. Ep5 doesn't have a reliable perspective, seeing as Shannon and Kanon are both walking around as seen by the detective. Ep6: Maria dies and suddenly Battler's body goes missing. Suspicious, right? Life is terrible like that.

It is mentioned that Gohda had a way of upping the food experience through his words so I wouldn't put it passed him to smooth over the part of the leaves to actually be withered. Umineko was fun, I miss those threads and hope the next WTC series elicits similar feelings (without the questionable direction at the end). How did Higanbana and RGD do?

George sees Battler grope Shannon's breasts and realizes that she's not the 10 year old that he fell in love with, so he decides to find a new loli.

George leads Maria away and rapes her. While taking a break from discussion, Rosa overhears the screams of "Uu- Uu- Mama mama! Uu-" and goes to punish her for being noisy. She finds her with George and kills him in a rage.

Eva sees that Rosa killed George and kills her, then yells at her for tempting George. Krauss notes that it was George's fault and is attacked and killed. Natsuhi attacks Eva while Maria cries in the corner on the worst day of her life. Eva shoots Natsuhi, but as her body falls, Natsuhi's gun fires and kills Hideyoshi.

Meanwhile in a distant part of the mansion, Kyrie has murdered Rudolf in a rage for falsifying Battler's birth. She returns to the guesthouse where she finds Jessica and Battler and tells them to go to the mansion.

In the mansion, Jessica finds her dead parents and wakes Maria for her story. Jessica is enraged and also blames Maria and tells her she's a freak and that Beatrice doesn't exist. Maria insists that she does and Maria is forced to leave.

Battler does nothing.

Maria goes back to the guesthouse alone and enters the servants room and sees Shkanon killing Kumasawa, Nanjo, and Genji. When Shkanon notices she tries to say it was magic. Maria is disillusioned and runs away back to the mansion.

In the mansion servant room, she finds Gohda sleeping and wakes him up. He is irritated at having been awoke and bluntly tells her that he cooked her precious rose and fed it to her.

With her spirit about to break, she goes to the rose garden where Eva and Kyrie are having a standoff. She realizes that Kyrie's monologue about how children are just objects applies to her and Rosa and gives up completely.

As she sits in the pouring rain, raped, beaten, exiled, and broken, the bomb goes off and she goes to hell where she burned for all of eternity for practicing witchcraft.

Yasu keikakued the whole thing but they solved the shitty riddle too soon and she couldn't even take her vengeance. Then Kyrie went nuts (remember Sumadera family are a bunch of coldblood murderers, as proven by Kasumi). Seeing that their plan had failed, Battler took an ingot and hurriedly tried to escape by motorboat, but the blast of the explosion threw him and the ingot into the sea (remember the golden rose in the bottom of the sea in the magic end? That's the lost gold ingot). He arrived ashore and got hit by a truck. Then he invested the next decades fucking Ikuko. Good end in my book.

That scene was a meta scene that never happened to Ange, she never read the Diary.
It was likely what Tohya thought Ange would react if she read the Diary and then told Ikuko not to reveal the truth.

Really, the only evidence to show that Ep 7 tea party is Prime is by relating the worst reaction she did in Ep 8 with how she reacted in that tea party. It's stupid to assume she would be angry to hear that her parents were murderers and then just kill herself when she learned it's the truth. The truth was probably more simple, which was what Tohya thought would drive her mad.

That entire Tea party has everyone acting almost out of character which was probably the intention. Kyrie never had murderous intent of that nature, even if she did act cold a lot of the time.

Also, if Ange did commit suicide, none of the two ending would have happened, so it's irrelevant to bring up the suicide as it proves nothing. It's the same thing with Ange's death in ep 4. It was just a story created by Tohya showcasing what would happen to Ange if she continued her quest, which explains why it mirrors the Trick Ending.

And about that ending of Prime relating towards the Tea party. There are a lot of inconsistencies such as Battler knowing where the boat is, that he brought the golden ingot (which he didn't, he found it next to the motorboat) which would only be possible if Beatrice herself told Battler where it was located, which she didn't.

Also, stop stealing my explanation to the ending of Prime with Battler by relating it to your stupid idea that Tea party 7 is the explanation.

There's too many inconsistencies from how she was shown in all gameboards and how she acted in that tea party.
The use of that tea party to give an answer to Prime is lazy, unimaginative and stupid.

The characters have always been consistently within the gameboard, this does not apply outside the gameboard where bullshit came be made (i.e. the tea party 7 and the mini-gameboard created by Bernkastel, which ironically have the same culprit + Battler which I doubt is a coincidence)

There is more than one Ange in the series, though. There appear to be at least three.

There's the 1998 Ange in Episode 4 who fights Eva on the island and in the Trick Ending becomes the Witch of Truth.

Then there's the meta world Ange who gets hamburgered, becomes Featherine's miko, and gets turned into a child in 8.

Then there's Yukari Kotobuki from the end of 8 who is confirmed to be different from the previous Ange as she claims to have never seen Ikuko before when they meet.

What I pointed out was that not EVERY characterization can be completely accurate because Yasu didn't know every family member personally enough (based primarily off of EP7 proper), not that ALL the characterization is bullshit. If anything at all, the EP7 tea party exists to supplement the idea that we're never really given an entirely accurate picture of the cast, not that EVERYTHING that's been established is trash. Of course this doesn't mean that everything we've been told about the characters is entirely true. But it certainly means that it's not all inaccurate.

The main message of Umineko is to move on past things you will never find out. I can't explain Prime, since the fine details are in fact a catbox, but I don't have to.

However, I can explain some events on the island which do give a greater amount of detail to what happened.

In the Magic End, if you remove the meta Beatrice, Battler runs away on a motor boat and escapes as the blast of the explosions sends him into the water only for him to drown.
This suggest that Battler had to be told where the underground base was by Beatrice who was the only one who knew the location.

Thusly, in Prime, after all the murders were committed, which doesn't really matter how they were committed since only the who and why matter, Battler meet with Beatrice who told him to confess his sins and then she told him the location of the boats.

This shows that in Prime, no one solve the epitaph, since Beatrice was alive at the end, and no one hijacked the game.
In ep 3, when someone hijacked the game, Eva-Beatrice was able to destroy all of Beatrice except the heart.
This suggest that whoever could hijack the game, did not do so in Prime. It was only an IF world. And they were also worlds created by Tohya.

Beatrice, Maria and Battler were the final survivors. The epitaph was not solved. Everyone died.
I don't need to explain the fine details on Prime, only certain events leading behind it that are fixed by Rule X, that everything has to repeat in a certain order, namely that Battler has to be part of the 3 main survivors at the end.
The difference is that if Battler does not meet with Beatrice at the end, he cannot survive and run away.

That's what happened on Prime. Beatrice killed everyone and Battler ran away.

After their discussion and after she shows her the manuscript for the next episode, Ange tells her to stop writing her in her stories.
This implies that the previous episodes, namely ep 3-4, were fake.
This means that Eva surviving never happened. She died on the island.
We can't even rely on future events past Prime to give us a clue to what actually happened on Prime.

Also, after ep 3-4, after Eva officially is considered dead from being old and insane, we are never given any direct mention that Eva lived. Only that her ''diary'' existed. This is no small mention. Eva is never actually mentioned in any way outside the gameboard of ep 8 as having survived and taking care of Ange which is likely also part of the forgery by Tohya.

The only direct confirmation we know for sure past Prime is that Ange, after figuring out Ikuko's pseudonym on the internet, meet. Nothing else is known.

Then, after Ange figured out the message of Umineko and what Battler was trying to transfer through Tohya, to let go things you can never know while keeping true to the mystery of Beatrice, decided to become a writer herself and let go of the past.

This brings up the two endings, trick or mystery? And what actually can be known which Ange is from Prime.The trick ending is a direct parallel to the events of ep 4 post Prime which are, as mentioned, also a forgery. The difference is that Ange figures out what happens and escapes. She becomes Erika, a tool of the mystery fans trying to figure out what happened on the island, Bernkastel.

What is interesting to note is that Ange is inhabited by a meta being. So as in ep 4 when she's on the island and on the roof with Bernkastel. And in ep 8 at the end. The only time she is not with a meta being is in ep 6 when she meets with Ikuko and when she meets with Tohya at the end. Those two events are the only actual post-Prime events we can rely on. Everything else is a forgery

This is Prime.
There is no proof that Eva left the island.

You can even go two step further and say that the entire thing in Umineko is a forgery.
There are a lot of mysteries to how the meta works in Umineko and how Ikuko was able to say something in red in front of the mystery fans when she refused to lay out the diary. It also explains why Ikuko seems not to age when Ange meets her again.

In order for Eva to have written down what happens she would have had to survive the incident, she can't have been writing it while it happened, because if she had died then it would have been incomplete. Heck she has to have survived the incident period because if she had been writing it on the island it would have been destroyed by the bomb.

Also you're forgetting that the catbox only exists on those two days on Rokkenjima. What we learned about the future has to be true largely, even if the events contained within didn't literally happen.
