Why is Ayayan the one with a theme called "Wind God girl" and not Sanae?

Yukari's theme fits her so well, so aggressive and... Yukari-ish?.
And Yuyuko's theme is full of grandeur, fitting to her role as the head of the Hakugyokurou household.
