Has following AKB ruined anyone else's enjoyment of anime?

I used to follow like 15-20 shows a season, but I can't muster up any motivation to watch almost anything these days. And my taste in anime has completely changed. I used to watch moeshit and slice of life with much more enthusiasm over other shows, but I can't remember the last moe or slice of life show that I enjoyed. I remember liking the K-ON Movie, but other than that I can't remember a SoL show I've liked in forever. And when I think about it, K-ON is pretty much an Idol show.

You have to admit, she got a great role for someone that was from team M. It's usually the top 3 of the senbatsu that hog all the screentime, but they gave Yamada less and gave Fuuchan more. Milky also didn't really do much at all in the story besides being a hostage.

The concept behind Momoiro clover is basically full energy girls, which they achieve. Yes, two girls from momoiro have too high pitched singing voices, but that´s part of their personna.

The voices are part of the music, and if I can't concentrate on the melody, lyrics etc. because of it, then it leads to the same conclusion. There are quite a few girls that do the "genki" persona, yet still can manage to sing decently enough to not make it distracting.

I think I'll just stick to groups that have a goal in sight, have members with decent voices and looks, and are just as entertaining on-stage as they are off-stage.

I doubt it. It just seems very slow and low energy. It's hard to get excited while watching it. I enjoy some of the costumes but that's about it. Having a bunch of 3rd and 2nd gens in there too makes it less interesting. The four main girls in the performance can't sing, though with Sasshi I'm not sure if it is just simply a lack of effort on her part. Oh well, HKT's new original stage is next month isn't it? Just finished the Shiro Kuro Tsukeyou Janai Ka NMB concert day and it was the most entertaining thing. It was too fun and sad at the same time. I'm reminded that Aina is gone and she won't be part of the forever delayed N3. Same with Yui who had her concurrency revoked two days after that. Even aiming to reach Kohaku with them and reaching the top...in any case, that whole concert, despite only a setlist of their A-sides and coupling songs and a huge lack of unit songs I loved it to bits. I wonder how the other members who watched it felt when they were there (iirc, Rena, Churi and Haruu came). It must have been such blast.

I'm now onto watch SKE and HKT's concert days.

Next thing to watch is the Nissan Stadium concert before the elections took place, which I also bought on Bluray, and the impending dome concert Blurays, which I will probably have to collect to completion because Milky participated in all of them.
