I have no idea what cartoon this is, but I am betting that:
* those characters aren't dead
* the gun isn't a real gun
* the action scene was ``zany'' because ``lol a girl beating up a bunch of guys''
* she has no trigger discipline

All those Japanese cartoons are the same. It's a shame because Western cartoons are so great once the censorship is lifted (e.g. the more recent Justice League releases), but they get overshadowed by this cliché tripe.

I admit the TD autism gets very tiring to see when it doesn't apply to every situation but it is very much a good habit to have.

Also I think police forces transitioning from revolvers with very heavy 12+lb double action trigger pulls to automatics with 5-7lb range triggers and negligently discharging into their thighs had a lot to do with it too.
