I figure /jp/ would like this more than /a/.

Toaru Kagaku No Reerugun, or A Particular Science's Railgun. Manga by Motoi Fuyukawa, story by Kazuma Kamachi, character design by Kiyotaka Haimura(who did Yume Miru Kusuri).

It's actually a gaiden(side story) to a light novel series, Toaru Majutsu No Index (A Particular Magic's Index).

A science fiction story about some girls with various powers like teleportation or electricital shocks.

I dunno if anyone is scanlating this, maybe I'll try if no one is.

OP here, the main char is one of those with "special abilities" of the highest level, level 5. There are only 7 of them in the entire city, which is a city designed to educate those with "abilities". There are a whole bunch of people with lesser amounts of power, I think level 1s are pretty common. The abilities can be various telekinesis or 'magical' abilities.

I like the fact that there doesn't seem to be much powerleveling yet, as the main char starts out at the highest.

Are range bans/subnet bans hard to make?

I was banned many years ago from a forum and no matter how many times i reseted my modem i couldn't create a new account, some months ago i changed my ISP and i was able to create an account there, i sent an e-mail to the admin and he said there wasn't any ISP blocked, he said it was probably another kind of ban he didn't know about.

Why can't the 4chan mods ban people the same way i was banned from that forum?
