It took me a while, but I've finally realized why Yuuka is extremely powerful, or so it is said.

She grows plants.

... That's it. She. Grows. Plants.

If you burn them, you'll start a fire and just burn the plant as it continues to grow towards you, ultimately burning you.

If you eat them, you'll become a vegetarian, then ultimately become a hardcore tumblr vegetarian and ruin your social life to the point of teenage wangst and suicide

If you cut them, they'll just grow back

alice went from an epik extra stage boss to a measly stage 3 boss

yuuka is one of the hardest fights in pofv, aside from shikieki

also because her LLS fight invented most of the common tropes that would be seen in future 2hu games, like fuckhuge sparks, cloning, impossible last spellcards, turning into white orbs, etc.

If you want to talk about power levels, now, let me say that Alice still has her grimoire. However, Alice in Windows always uses her abilities through dolls, which has been mentioned to be a weaker effect. We haven't even seen Alice cast magic without proxy. Even her laser attacks originate from a doll held in her hand.
There is also her personality to back this up, she refrains from fighting at full force, so she can excuse her losses with "Controlling dolls is hard" or "I wasn't at my full strength anyway". She even attempts to avoid the big players in Gensokyo for this reason.
