I don't think there is anyone close enough to her. Keine is the only one who understands her, but even in her chapter of CiaLR, she seemed to be distant even to her. I assert the Mokou from the game, not the chapter, so if you took her reaction from there, she'd probably laugh and say "People come and people go. Crying over dead people is like crying over spilled milk, 'tis a fool's folly."
