I like Shinobu a lot. I don't dislike any of the main *monogatari characters, but Tsukihi and Karen are among my favorites. Living with two sisters like that would be the dream life for me, and this is coming from someone who has two sisters in real life.

Anyone would agree, but they're still boring compared to the other characters.

In the 3d world they'd be godsends, but in the 2d realm they're kind of bland.

That makes sense. I guess because a lot of their screen time is at Araragi's house it's easier for me to imagine them being real. I always feel that way about characters who are mostly shown at the protagonist's home, especially characters that are the sister of the protagonist, probably because I know what it's like to live with sisters. So the circumstances are just right to make them perfect for my stupid self-insertion fantasies. I still like Shinobu more though anyway.
