What are you talking about? They're cleaning them for casual/warmly lit conversation with cutie women in sensitive way speech. The Japanese man population is desperate for such things. The Yakuza started this business and there are very rare cases of back room deals being made for lonely patrons having sex with their most dear and loving ear cleaning conversation hostesses. Most men will never see sex with these women though. Japan has no mental help therapists etc. and Japanese wives (if they have one) closes them out if they don't bring in more money let alone have emotional conversations with them. Where else are they to turn to? A loving side woman who will foster them in their warm laps where all he has to do is rest, be taken care of getting their ear cleaned, talking about their stress/emotions/days, while the girls listen. There is something deeply relaxing and soothing to the spirit to be taken care of in the simplest ways knowing by a woman beside you who you can trust. Swabs are fine. The only people who 'say not to'/'dont use' them are people liable for damages if something goes wrong. i.e. The doctors and swab manufacturers
