I don't understand that stardate. In TOS stardates were just plot devices. Writers could pick any date they wanted. Each percentage point was a tenth of a day. The script guide told writers that stardates vary according to a bunch of galactic factors so they wouldn't have to worry about fitting stardate numbers to a timeline between episodes.

This leads me to believe that your stardate is not following the TOS standard. If you're following TNG then the 1 is first century (21st century). In the show the second number was the number of the season. That would mean we're in season 1. Season 1 of what?

The following numbers don't make any sense. The numbers increased unevenly at the discretion of the writers. Your stardate clock appears to be automatic so it follows some kind of order. 36.18 looks like the percentage completion of the season but that doesn't make sense either because June 18 is not 36.18% of the year.

The numbers appear to represent calendar date, not stardate. 1 is 21st century, 13 is 13 years after year 0 of 21st century, 6 is June, and 18 is the day of June. This is the most logical answer but it doesn't make sense because the title is stardate. Why do you call it a stardate when it doesn't follow any of the rules for stardates?
