Why is this board full of Touhou?
Is Touhou particular popular among you gaijins?

Pic is the only source of my knowledge of Touhou.

Touhou IS a video game, so you guys could make threads on /vg/ if you felt like it.

I think it's a bit unfair for one franchise/series to take up the majority of one board. It'd make sense for something like /vp/ but imagine if say, /lit/ only discussed a particular author or book for most of the time?

Now there's nothing wrong with enjoying touhou, I encourage people who are fans of arcade games or shmups to check it out. But is making a new thread about touhou so necessary when you could simply posit your question in a currently active thread or produce a general like other boards do?

I think /jp/ would be more efficient if it was organized.

But otaku culture is such a broad and diverse topic. Not nearly as mich as other boards(random, vidya, anime and manga, traditonal gaming), but still provides leeway for discussion.

I personally believe that the touhou favoritism is stifling to the growth and potential for engaging discussion on this board.
