As for your lubricant problem, where do you apply the lubricant? Problem should come from here.
Either that or the thickness and stickyness are wrong for the type of hole you're using; though unless you're using very shitty lubricant it shouldn't matter much, it's more about fine tunings than fundamentals.

Anyway, here's my modus operandi:
1) push all air out of the onahole
2) apply lubricant at the entrance, about half an inch / a quarter inch in the tunnel.
3) press the outter sides of the entrance to spread lubricant both on the entrance (generally lip shaped) - this is important because otherwise your shaft ends up un-lubricated and insertion can be a pain- once that is done push the remainder inside the tunnel by compressing the sides of the entrance toward the end of the tunnel. I generally skip the later half and push the lubricant in with the first 3-4 thrusts, but whichever way works.
4) rub the tip against the entrance to lubricate it. This is why lubricating the entrance is important; and so is this step.
5) fun time

Should there be a lack of lubrication on the shaft, apply some spit to re-activate the lubricant. Unless you've used a very diluted lubricant, in which case, you did something not so wise, since they dry out faster (because eventhough there is more water, the emulsion is much less potent, and thus, so is the lubrication).

By the way, and this is not completely unrelated to your problem, but I remember seeing somewhere that the male penis was designed to scoop out sperm from the woman's vagina; in order to NTR properly and plant your seed in place of the one who just had his way with your mate.
