Sakuya Izayoi has the manipulation of time as her power, so could she reverse time as well, or did I miss one of ZUN's lavish explanations?

Also, seeing her power of time manipulation (and one of her catchphrases, "Your time is mine"), couldn't she just stop time, smack the main heroine around a bit (say, Reimu or Marisa in TH06), resume, and win? Naturally, the manipulation of time seems overpowered... so perhaps she has restrictions?
