You might be onto something with this. It sounds like a decent theme at least. The male protagonist, Okuu and reader would all be building up some romantic/sexual tension, which always makes the porn half of it much sweeter and satisfying (at least for me). Doujinshi doesn't usually ever get restocked in Toranoana, which is the only place it was being sold at according to the artists Pixiv submission. Someone else may have it and plan on scanning it eventually though, but there's no telling. This is why I try to buy everything I personally want as soon as possible (in bulk), because once they're sold out on Toranoana, Melonbooks, and D-stage, they'll likely never be seen ever again.
