Remember that the files contained are only images and not hard saves, but at least one person on /jp/ has every hard save contained in the folder, so if you see one you like, request it by asking for the full file name you see there.

A friend of mine was having a little trouble getting the model view in TSO2PMD to display properly. It looked like this. Anyone know why?

Does anyone have a problem where a video freezes while rendering after about 5700 frames?
It only happens to me when it's 1920x1080. I can circumvent it by splitting the video, but that gets annoying...

This is the best AA settings my on-board ATI card can do, is it decent?

When I try to put TAHs into the arc folder with hiragana in them, TDCG crashes. Is there any way to fix this? I've already set Japanese as regional and non-unicode language.

Also, how do I know if it's updated to the latest version. I installed SP2R1.

I still use vanilla with whatever XP that came with the torrent. I've had enough trying to mod Skyrim.

Since nobody has updated the mod catalog, here it is. Updated it to this week's Sunday mod/xpc and tweaked some formatting. Sticking it on pastebin or any text uploader. Should be easy enough for anyone to just update and repost.

Ok... I downloaded 3DCG and updated all the stuff I was supposed to update (I think), downloaded >>10265213 and tried it, but the model doesn't show at all, I can only see the accessories and the eyes/hair/inside and the inside of the mandible floating.

You need to learn how to use TSO2PMD included with the relevant .cs proportion files you need in order to adjust the anatomy to your liking, or just have a premade TPOConfig.xml that already has all the adjustments made as such. I'm not sure what exact effects or proportions are being used in those screenshots though. I'm kind of curious myself.

Well, I've messed around with different effects and they really improve how the models look.

Now, how do you apply more than 1 effect using MME?, I can't seem to use a different effect without having the previous one disabled.

And tso2pmx refuses to show me the model preview (I see this, or get a black screen), but it seems to convert the model without problems.

Now how I'm supposed to give my girls healthy hips and breasts...

When applying effects to models using MME, you can only have one model-specific effect on them. Usually, those are .fx files. .x files are global and you can use as many as you want.

Damn hands are hard to move, and the fist pose data that comes with mmd is ugly.

Couple of questions. Is there any way to make it so the model/bone names, and bone manipulation controls don't show up on the screen when taking screenshots? Also, all the models I've been downloading lately have been showing up with bones and facial sliders named "Null_xx", but I never used to have this problem. My locale is set to Japanese like it always has been for years now.

Sorry, guys, lots of people seem to be having problems with UAC trying to install this. I added some shit to installer, try it now. Should automatically ask for admin and then not fail when it gets it.

If that doesn't help, navigating with CMD ran as administrator to the directory with the extension, and typing install is very likely to work.

Wrote another piece of software today.

It takes an existing mod hair and remakes it with textures I like. Also generates pretty icons automatically - bottom row on the posted picture is all generated by program, I only had to take one screenshot.

This with a little bit of effort going to put an end to all those horrible messy hair mods with color or just text instead of icons. I definitely am going to remake a lot of mods I'm using. Do we have a place we upload things to, like elevens with their uploader?

It's static binaries for imagemagick. Deploying dynamic imagemagick on windows is a nightmare. I just include them for convenience.

Is it possible to convert a MMD model to be used in 3DCG? How do I do it?

Recently downloaded installed 3dcg and a few mods from that one 44gb torrent. When I try to run it, it runs but clicking anything just minimizes it and it won't reopen. this happens at any point in the starting sequence. I know my comp can run it and i've got locale set to japanese unicode. Looked at the troubleshooting part of the wiki, couldn't find anything that helped with my issue, tried the suggestions it had, no luck. Anyone know what could be wrong?
