The story behind the picture is that her mother was sick with cancer, and dying, but she would always wake up early to fix her daughter lunch for school. She told someone about the kindness of her dying mother and it got out and bullies started to target her. So they would try to steal her food, or throw it away. They came after her one day and the ran away so that she could protect the food her mother prepared for her, but they chased her and shoved her down and it spilled everywhere. As she was trying to get up she got a call on her cell phone that her mother had died. That was the last meal she had prepared for her daughter.
