I liked her earlier on. I like her looks, voice, "robot-ness" and how orthodoxly idol she is, but I dislike her being aniota, exaggerated voice and how all her smiles look the same these days. To me both her personality and her looks - the smile and keeping her eyes too wide open all the time for creepy look - have gotten worse. Question isn't age as much as who will stay, I think. Paruru is still a new member despite her age, so they can expect a few years out of her, while the girls who are 18 and have been AKB for years are more likely to get bored of AKB.

In terms of talent they've already surpassed her, in terms of popularity who knows. I prefer Kawaei (just a year younger than Paru btw) over Paruru but she's so cute and loli-ish that I think Paruru might have wider appeal and that's what really matters as a center... if Kawaei wants to compete for center she'd need to stop cosplaying kindergarten stuff and whatnot.
