You shouldn't have to "make a T4 sonar" for a supposed ASW platform.
But I agree, at the end of the day, its not really a big deal. I do have the sonars needed to make it work, although a lack of married DDs does mean I'm dipping into my high end sonars/DCPs at time to push OASW for bonused ships.

Funny how even back in 2013 Yuubari and Abukuma were my favourite 2 CLs and now they're both meta ships. Even if they never became meta I think it would have taken this past event for any other CL to break into my top 2.
